• Healthcare Claims pricing processes involve manually keying claims data using unstructured documents, where EDI was not available.
• The client organization wanted to avoid manual data entry processes to reduce the time it takes to provide pricing on the claim and to be able to process more claims per day than they were able to with current manual steps.

qBotica helped the Client integrate UiPath solution to extract the unstructured Claims data from Electronic medical records systems.

The team also used OCR (optical character recognition) to leverage AI to accelerate claims processing.

By leveraging Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and other similar advanced components in UiPath solutions such as computer vision, a tremendous amount of effort was saved in building the necessary features from scratch to help enable intelligent document extraction and seamless human-robot collaboration.
